Deer meat

Red and fallow deer have the slimmest meat that are produced in Sweden. A cooked deer steak contain only around 2,5 % fat, which can compare with roast beef where the fat make up to 11,5 % and roasted pork around 15,5%. The meat contents iron and is protein rich, and there is omega 3 acid in it too.

Our deers get slaughtered when the quality of the meat is at its peak. All the meat is veterinary survey. The red deer meat has relatively little wild flavour.
